LETTING GO OF CONTROL

Relax it will serve you well! |
Never-ending tasks and obligations in your life are causing you stress and overwhelm.
In that case, you are not alone! Stress is a daily occurrence in today's fast-paced world however it doesn't have to rule your life.
Letting up control is one of the most trying components of mindfulness and meditation. Under the belief that doing so will improve our ability to cope with stress, we frequently attempt to regulate our thoughts and feelings. This strategy, however, merely exacerbates tension and worry.
Giving up control and accepting the current moment is the key to lowering stress. Even in the middle of chaos, you may learn to build a sense of peace and tranquility by using this mindfulness practice.
Here's how to use this mindfulness approach to discover the key to lowering stress:
Deep breathing is necessary
Take a few slow, deep breaths. Make sure to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. This way of breathing can assist you in focusing on the here and now and calming your rushing thoughts.
Watch your feelings and thoughts

Let those thoughts float! |
Don't try to control your feelings and thoughts; just be aware of them. Please don't alter the ideas or emotions you are experiencing; notice them. Let your thoughts and emotions come and go on their own, much like the clouds that pass by in the sky.
Try to allow them to come and go on their own instead, like ocean waves. Don't forget that your ideas and feelings are just fleeting experiences and are not who you are.
Refocus on your breath

Breathe Deeply! |
Anytime you notice your thoughts or emotions taking over, gently bring your focus back to your breathing. Use the sensation of the air circulating in and out of your body as a compass to guide you back to the present.
Regular practice is necessary to cultivate mindfulness, as with any other ability. Try to allot some time each day to work on letting go of control and being objectively aware of your thoughts and feelings.
It's not easy but it can be done.
Last but not least. Letting go of control is a mindfulness method that can help you lower stress and enhance your well-being.
You can develop a sense of serenity and tranquility in your daily life by monitoring your thoughts and emotions and allowing them to come and go.
Why not give it a shot; see if it changes how you interact with stress!
